Roles and Responsibilities:


·        Processcustomer instructions by handling Outbound & Inbound calls defined byclients.

·        Provideoutstanding customer service as per the client expectation on the given KPI’s.

·        Communicateclearly and effectively with customers.

·        Understandthe company’s processes thoroughly & effectively qualify related tests andassessments.

·        Documentall customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiriesaccurately.

·        EnsureKey Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the businessrequirement.



Job Requirements:

·        Goodin handling Computers,

·        Abilityto read and understand the content and talk to customer fluently,

·        GoodObjection handling,

·        BasicExcel Knowledge

12th Standard passed; Graduationpreferred
