First ever NGO Meet and Greet

A special milestone for us at Vindhya!!

On June 25th 2025, we hosted our first-ever NGO Partner Meet at Bangalore office — bringing together the incredible partners who have walked alongside us in our inclusive journey over the last 19 years. These organizations are not just our collaborators — they’ve been co-creators in building pathways for persons with disabilities to access meaningful employment, dignity, and opportunity.The session was filled with reflections, shared experiences, and rich dialogue on how we can deepen our impact together. This meet marks a beginning and we look forward to continuing this dialogue as we build forward, together. Thank you to all our NGO partners who joined us and contributed wholeheartedly — your presence made this first meet truly meaningful.

We are taking forward the following key action items:
1) Strengthening collaboration for rural outreach and mobilization
2) Co-creating inclusive skilling programs tailored to diverse disabilities
3) Establishing regular touchpoints for shared learning and updates
4) Exploring tech-led interventions to improve accessibility and scale

As we continue to learn and grow, we are also keen to partner with more NGOs working in the areas of disability inclusion and transgender empowerment — together, we can build an even stronger and more inclusive ecosystem.
